The complex was built as an authentic living space, exclusive and modern in the heart of the “Electric Garden”, which well encompasses the new and old urban complex, full of creativity, trends and energy. The challenge of preservation with the healthy opportunity for a new entity have led us to create the unique, luxurious and thriving complex.
The center was built in a conserved Bauhaus building, and emphasizes the unique architectural style, striving to place people in the center in creating a clean and innovative living experience. On a plot of 4,600 square meters, 4 living quarters were built, connected by stairs preserving the original building. 74 duplex, garden and penthouse apartments were meticulously designed to the very last detail, in authentic Tel Aviv style. In addition to the residential areas, a fitness center and spa, movie room and commercial shop floor with fashion stores and boutiques are planned in the center.
